Submittal

Receive Submittals from projects’ contractors and respond to them. This app also gives contractors the ability to include sent physical package details.



Change Order

Receive change orders from your suppliers and submit your company’s change orders to your customers via Trackeeper™. Project’s overall budget and suppliers’ contract amount will be updated when change orders are approved.



Expense Report

Employees can track and submit their expenses for approval with the ability to classify expenses into types (airfare, accommodation, etc.). Additionally, mileage expenses are auto-calculated based on a company-defined mileage rate.



Timecard

Trackeeper™ Timecard App allows you to track employees’ hours and makes payroll processing more efficient and automated as it gets approved by managers and then sent to payroll department. Additionally, the Timecard App allows you to track the hours worked on every project.



Suppliers

Billing

Send your company’s billing to your customers to keep track of it until it is paid and recorded in each project’s financial data center.  Additionally, Trackeeper™ allows your suppliers to post their billing and prevent them from excess billing beyond their contract’s amount, at the same time; no bills will be paid without the approval of the project manager to ensure that work is completed before a check is cut.


Task

Create tasks and assign them to resources with due dates with the ability for the owner of the task to review accomplished work and provide feedback to the assignee. Auto-reminders will remind task assignees to complete their work on time to ensure overall project on-time delivery and success.
